Adopted sometime during 29th century, the standard duty uniform consisted of burgundy trousers and matching tunic. The tunic had a prominent swath depicting the division color across the right shoulder and sleeve. A burgundy band was offset into the across the division color at mid-chest, while the division color, was likewise offset into the burgundy used with the rest of the uniform.
The ranks, were located on the collar and a Starfleet communicator badge, a "winged" arrowhead, was worn on the left breast.

Later, a second standard duty uniform was introduced. It consisted of a single-piece black jumpsuit distinguished by a prominent swath of division color extending diagonally from the left side of the collar down the right sleeve. The yoke of the uniform featured a small strip of division color extending from the right side and coming to a point on the left shoulder. The right side featured an identical strip in black. The collar of all three divisions was trimmed in white.
The ranks, which were now triangle-arrows, were located on the collar and a Starfleet communicator badge, a "winged" arrowhead, was worn on the left breast.
